Handmade in Toronto, each bundle is unique and includes a piece of ethically sourced white sage and purple amethyst crystal - two power tools for clearing energy and spiritual attunement. 

Finished with dried flowers, herbs and lavender to inspire calm, healing, and rest to your day. Also included is a custom affirmation by leading wellness faciliator Manjit Devgun and code to access the Manjit app to help support your mindfulness goals.

Unwrap the bundle. Use flowers and crystal as an adornment to your sacred space, for use in meditation, or as desired.

To use sage or palo santo, light item and let burn for 30 seconds. Blow out and allow smoke to cleanse space or surroundings. Leave in heat proof dish until smoke dispels. Do not leave unattended.

To use lavender bath salts, add a generous handful to your evening bath. Relax and release.
