Next Day Local Delivery within Toronto
Orders received by MIDNIGHT will be delivered between 10:00 AM -6:00 PM the following day. Free for orders over $150. This option will be visible to you at checkout if your address qualifies!
Canada-Wide Shipping
All orders outside of the Toronto core will be shipped via Canpar, Canada Post, Fedex or UPS. The estimated shipping time varies between 3-10 business days.
*Orders to remote areas might be cancelled due to high shipping costs.*
*Orders containing cold / heavy products outside of the local delivery zone might be fulfilled without those products.*
We are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Important Notes for Deliveries/Shipments
If no one is there to receive the order, the order will be left at your residence. While cold and frozen items are packed appropriately during transit we cannot guarantee that items will remain cold or frozen unattended. Coco Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Pick-Up
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. You can pick it up any time during business hours. Go to the register, give your name and order number, and the sales associate will locate your order. If you'd like curb-side pick-up, please call the store at 416-901-2624 when you are on your way so that it can be prepared.
You have 5 days from the day you place your order to pick it up. After that, the order will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick your order up within 5 days, call us and we will work something out.
