Refund policy
Lifestyle products may be returned for refund within 7 days of purchase with original packaging unopened, if opened it can be exchanged. Only non-perishable grocery items (not frozen or refrigerated) will be accepted for refund within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging. Grocery Items & supplements cannot be accepted for return or exchange once opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, & you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at store@shopcoco.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the products in their original packaging / shipping state are required for all of such requests.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items Out of Stock / Unable to Ship
Although we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, discrepancies may occur in some cases. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause. In the event that an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued and will be visible on your credit card within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the refund. Coco Market is not responsible for any out of stock items and cannot guarantee product availability on the website at all times. If an item comes back in stock after your order was placed and shipped we will not be able to honor any shipping fee refund requests.
