Stealthy Foods sauces pack vegetables and protein into the familiar flavours everyone already loves. Each carton holds four frozen single-serve tubes, pre-portioned to toss on pasta, spoon over a protein or serve as a dip. Choose the Red Sauce, a classic marinara made with tomatoes, carrots, celery, red lentils, white kidney beans and cottage cheese (6 g protein per tube); the Cheese Sauce, a creamy blend of butternut squash, sweet potato, carrots and red lentils with cheddar and cottage cheese (8 g protein per tube); or the Green Sauce, a pesto of broccoli, spinach, edamame, pumpkin seeds, basil and Grana Padano (9 g protein per tube). All three are nut-free and school safe, with no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Stealthy Foods is a Toronto-based, women-owned brand founded by Nina Pesavento and Katie Sullivan, who started making these sauces for their own kids when they couldn't find anything like them in stores. Every sauce is made in Milton, Ontario, with familiar ingredients and no fillers.
