Originating in Eastern Europe, this Jewish delicacy means “grandmother” and used extra challah bread on Shabbat. I used Nutella instead of honey. To emulate buttery brioche-style dough I added popcorn salt, crumbled biscuits and chocolate chunks. Lastly—straight from Breads’ own ovens—we added dehydrated pieces of Babka.
