Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Chocolate Yogurt Cake
There's a universal truth that transcends cultural barriers and culinary preferences: chocolate cake holds a special place in our hearts. This timeless confection, with its rich, velvety texture and deep, indulgent flavour, has charmed its way into countless celebrations, comforting moments, and simply as a delightful treat for the senses.
As we embrace the current holiday season, there is no denying that it is a time of indulgence and consumption. However, of all the delights there is to enjoy, nothing quite tops the satisfaction of a chocolate cake. The only trouble is finding (or making) one that fits with your dietary needs. What's even harder is finding one that works with your dietary needs and is ALSO tasty. Thankfully, Stellar Eats has got us covered. Among many of their various mixes, they have made a Chocolate Cake + Cupcake mix that is gluten-free, dairy-free and low sugar. Ranging from savoury to sweet, their assortment of delicious baking mixes are simple to make and made with real ingredients such as almonds, coconut, date sugar, flaxseed, cassava, and cocoa.
One of the reasons why we love Stellar Eats is because of the relationship they have with food. The founding female team strives to rewrite the current narrative of the health communities concept of "healthy eating", as it is often too focused on the optics of the body. They were overwhelmed with the amount of health brands that had labels focusing on being skinny, or were "guilt-free" and "flat-tummy" oriented. Thus, they created a food brand that does not only reject these damaging, guilt centred goals, but rather empowers others to consume tasty, nourishing products. Now that's a brand we can get behind!
So if you want to impress your guests at your next holiday party, try out this recipe for a tasty, healthy, chocolate delight. Trust us, it will have your guests going back for seconds…and thirds.

2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanila extract
1 cup fresh mixed berries
Mint for garnish, if desired
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- Add chocolate chips if desired
- Pour batter into an 8 inch round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until set in the middle. Let cool.
