INTRO/BIO

Melissa Cosentino is a Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of MellyFit Nutrition. Her mission is to help individuals on their unique path to a FIT body, mind and soul. Through her clinical Practice, she offers Nutritional Counselling and works with clients one-on-one and in group settings, helping them along their wellness journey to achieve their health goals. ā

She specializes in digestive care, detoxification, and stress management. Her goal is to connect with individuals and dig deeper to identify the root causes of symptoms while offering a holistic plan of action. ā

Melissaā€™s Wellness Journey & Inspiration

During Melissaā€™s youth and young adult years, she suffered from severe food allergies, and intolerances which led to some chronic conditions.Ā  Also being overweight as a child and adolescent, she never felt good in her body and was quite unhappy. She had low energy levels, trouble focusing, and lots of anxiety. She decided I needed to make a drastic change in her life, to alleviate her chronic conditions, this is when she embarked on her wellness journey.


Later on in life, she was inspired to start her health and wellness blog MellyFit while travelling the world in 2018. She wrote about how to stay fit and healthy while on the road. The healing & healthy cuisines she discovered abroad intrigued her to learn more and dive deeper. Being able to heal her chronic symptoms and improve her well-being throughout her journey she decided she wanted to pursue a career in holistic nutrition and help others.
