Paleo Rosemary Olive Focaccia Recipe with Stellar Eats Biscuit Mix

Makes 1 loaf ~ 16 pieces

Paleo Focaccia Ingredients

 

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and water.
  3. Add in the Stellar Eats Biscuit + Scone Mix and stir to combine.
  4. Line a cake or brownie with parchment paper and gently press the dough into the pan. Use your fingers to press dimples into the dough.
  5. Drizzle with more olive oil and top with the rosemary, olives and a few pinches of the salt.
  6. Bake for 17 minutes, then broil for a few minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with more olive oil and balsamic vinegar!
  8. Eat up!
